What happened to the Herbalife Preferred Member program?
Herbalife ended the US Preferred Member program on July 20, 2026 and replaced it with Herbalife Wellness Rewards: a free Loyalty Member tier plus an optional Wellness VIP membership at $19.95 a year. Entry is cheaper than the old $49.95 first year, but the discount ceiling fell from 40% to 35%. Canada was not affected and still runs Preferred Customer.
